Custom home theaters are our specialty. The expert technicians at Callaway can start the most important phase of your theater construction project. No matter what your vision – designing, constructing, and/or renovating – your new “soon-to-be” home theater will be a project family and friends will enjoy for years to come.
For unfinished basements or rooms that need a makeover, our team uses a three-step approach to first design the custom home theater, construct the specifications, and then install the audio video components. After an intensive design phase, pending approval and recommendations from our client, we break ground on the construction of the new installation.
This process can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on the nature of the room beforehand, but we always work with clients to establish a firm timetable and expected finishing date. Of course, our contractors can always give you an estimated date of completion based on your particular house.
Our team will work with you, the homeowner, throughout every part of the construction process. When it comes to the construction of your house, there are several questions that might come up:
- Will there be tiered or leveled seating in the home theater?
- Do you want the interior of the room to be soundproofed?
- Would you prefer wood finishing and trim in your home theater?
- What kind of carpet or flooring is the best match for your home?
After answering some of these important questions, our team can also help select a wide variety of furniture to complement the room’s style and acoustic qualities. Of course, the client’s discretion is always given priority.
